Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Freelance Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team as a consultant for our clients. In this role, you will play a crucial part in advising and guiding client teams on cybersecurity best practices, ensuring the security posture of their systems, and enhancing the overall cybersecurity awareness within their organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance to clients on cybersecurity strategies, risk management, and best practices tailored to their specific industry and organizational needs.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance the cybersecurity knowledge and skills of client personnel.
• Perform security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation measures.
• Assist in the development and implementation of cybersecurity policies and procedures aligned with industry standards.
• Collaborate with client teams in developing and testing incident response plans.
• Provide support during cybersecurity incidents, guiding clients through effective response strategies.
• Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity technologies and trends.

Requirements:

• Proven 5+ years experience as a  IT professional;
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex cybersecurity concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to assess and articulate cybersecurity risks in a business context.
• Fluent English language.

Would be a plus:

• Cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CEH, etc.).
