Responsibilities:

• Serve as the key liaison between development teams and clients for multiple projects.
• Create and clarify project roadmaps and define the scope for sprints/releases.
• Document and identify user stories, test cases, functionality errors, and usability from a business perspective.
• Collaborate daily with management, product, design teams, and developers to clarify priorities and feature requests, communicate status, and resolve blockers.
• Maintain and manage product and sprint backlogs, including creating, moving, and assigning stories across sprints as needed.
• Support and lead planning meetings to ensure smooth sprint operations.
• Document and manage requirements by gathering input from clients and management.
• Share documentation and information with stakeholders to keep them aligned.
• Hybrid type of work with weekly meetings in the office.  

Your Skills and Experience:

• Educational Background: BS or MS in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: At least 3 years in project management, with additional experience in early-stage product development being a plus.
• Agile Expertise: Experience with Scrum, understanding of Agile methodologies would be a great plus.
• Technical skills: Experience with managing multiple projects is a must have for this position. Deep understanding of all technologies used on the project, quality control of development.
• Communication\ Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English languages, including technical writing proficiency.
• Client-Centric Thinking: Ability to empathize with clients and think methodically to meet their needs.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure requirements are met precisely.
• International Experience: Previous experience working in a diverse, international team.
