Bremen, 21 January 2026 – IT, AI, and software consultancy SCALORS is strengthening its leadership team: Dominik Exposito is taking on the role of Managing Director and Managing Partner with immediate effect. The experienced digital expert will be responsible for strategy and growth, as well as for consistently aligning the company’s portfolio with measurable customer value. This appointment marks an important milestone in the company’s strategic repositioning as a holistic technology and strategy partner for software architectures, data infrastructures, AI solutions, cyber security, and IT recruiting. Dominik Exposito brings many years of experience from leading digital agencies and technology consultancies. Most recently, he served as CEO of Fork Unstable Media (fischerAppelt) and previously held Managing Director roles at PIA Group, UDG United Digital Group, and Scholz & Friends. He specializes in scaling tech organizations and, throughout his career, has led global platform and brand relaunches as well as digital transformation projects for brands such as Bosch, metafinanz, thyssenkrupp, and Vodafone.
