Responsibilities
- Creation and maintenance of system documentation as well as support for the installation and operation of the IBM i system environment.
- Planning and implementation of upgrades, patches, and system adjustments.
- Management and support of high-availability solutions.
- Monitoring of the systems as well as analysis and correction of errors.
- User account and permission management.
