Responsibilities

• Independent coordination and management of test management tasks in releases and projects
• Development of test concepts in collaboration with the specialist teams
• Management of cross-company test phases and activities
• Coaching, leading, and motivating the specialist teams in test methodology
• Use of tools for manual test case creation
• Collaboration with the test automation team

Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science, vocational training as an IT specialist, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in test management as well as the planning, creation, and maintenance of test data
• ISTQB certification is desirable
• Experience in SAP testing (focus on purchasing) is an advantage
• Proactive and independent work style in a cross-functional team
• A strong communicator who enjoys teamwork
• Fluent English and Polish or German skills
