Xyrality, a mobile gaming studio based in Northern Germany, is known for creating engaging app-based games with complex multiplayer features. To address Xyrality's needs, we established a specialized team, starting with a core group of iOS and Android developers. As the project evolved, additional roles were added, forming dedicated teams for mobile development, backend engineering with Java, QA, DevOps, UI, and game design. We also implemented a practical junior onboarding program, providing Xyrality with a cost-effective approach to nurture and retain talent as they progressed to more senior roles. This strategy ensured a consistent supply of skilled professionals who integrated smoothly into Xyrality's operations. We worked closely with Xyrality's leadership to align the growing team with their gameplay objectives, technical standards, and release schedules.

Xyrality gained the ability to release new features efficiently and support complex multiplayer mechanics.
