Senior Fullstack Developer (Product Development Focus)

Job description:
We’re looking for a skilled Senior Fullstack Developer to join the client’s team and lead the development of cutting-edge products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development and a proven history of delivering high-quality software solutions. In this pivotal role, you will design and implement clear code structures, spearhead automation efforts for testing, and ensure our product releases maintain the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and engage in the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation through deployment and maintenance.
- Develop and sustain robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using our core technologies: NodeJS, MongoDB, TypeScript, React, and JavaScript.
- Implement best practices for code organization and maintain a clean architecture.
- Champion the use of automated testing tools and frameworks to enhance software quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize development tasks.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Mentor junior developers, offering guidance and sharing your expertise.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience in fullstack development.
- Proven experience in product development and release management.
- Proficiency in NodeJS, MongoDB, TypeScript, React, and JavaScript.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and quality assurance processes.
- A passion for writing clean, maintainable code with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Preferred skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
- Familiarity with cloud-agnostic concepts and implementation.
