On behalf of our Client, Scalors is looking for an IT – Employee in Application Support (m/f/d) with a focus on Web – Applications to join our client’s team in Bremen.

To ensure that the approximately 150 medium-sized companies in Germany and 16 other countries function smoothly, we supply more than 20,000 employees with the necessary information, materials, and services as the headquarters and service provider. Regardless of our market position, we remain true to our foundation as a medium-sized, family-run company.
Your area of responsibility:
- You are the first contact person for the commercial departments in case of questions or problems in the IT environment.
- You will ensure that the requests submitted via the ticket system (KIX OTRS) contain all information relevant to solving the problem and then forward them to the correct contact person in IT (ticket dispatching).
- You process tickets on your own responsibility and thus also contribute to the elimination of problems in the long term (2nd – Level – Support).
- You will implement new IT projects in cooperation with the business departments and your IT colleagues from Development/Infrastructure (testing, documentation, training).
