YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • They are available by telephone as the first point of contact for the commercial departments if they have any questions or problems in the IT environment (1st level support).
  • They ensure that the inquiries submitted via the ticket system (KIX OTRS) contain all the information relevant to problem-solving and then forward them to the right contact person in IT (ticket dispatching).
  • You process tickets on your own responsibility and thus make a lasting contribution to the elimination of problems yourself (2nd level support).
  • You will implement new IT projects (testing, documentation, training) in cooperation with the commercial departments and your IT colleagues from Development/Infrastructure.

WE WISH FROM YOU:

  • Completed training in the IT environment or relevant professional experience.
  • Structured working.
  • Good knowledge of English is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills and organizational talent.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office.
