We are looking for employees IT – Service Desk for our customer.

BREMEN LOCATION

To ensure that around 150 medium-sized companies in Germany and 16 other countries function smoothly, we – as the head office and service provider – provide more than 20,000 employees with the necessary information, materials, and services. Regardless of our market position, we remain true to our foundation as a medium-sized, family-run company.

THAT’S WHAT IT’S ABOUT:

  • Active communication with the contact persons of our customers as well as their support with regard to technical and professional problems relating to our successful B2B online shop ONLINE PLUS.
  • Independent, structured acceptance of telephone and written concerns and inquiries in the IT system as well as their categorization, prioritization and qualification with the aim of a high initial solution rate.
  • Error analysis and creation of initial solutions as well as coordination and delegation of selected cases to downstream specialist and development areas.
  • Participation in and support of quality assurance measures (including testing, documentation, and training).
  • Participation in the further development and optimization of service processes in our cross-functional team.

WE WISH FROM YOU:

  • Completed IT-related training or a comparable qualification.
  • High customer orientation, commercial thinking, and good communication skills.
  • Structured, independent, and responsible way of working in a team.
  • First experience in 1st or 2nd level support, ideally in the e-commerce environment.
  • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of spoken and written English.
