More than 7,000 event organizers from the areas of concerts, sports, theater, tourism, tours, and trade fairs, 3,200 booking offices, and millions of ticket customers trust them.
They are specialists in ticketing, marketing, software development, e-commerce, CRM, and social media, with an outstanding network in the entertainment industry. They are constantly developing our software products and implementing new ideas to realize our goal and that of the event organizers: Selling more tickets with less effort.

Responsibilities:

• You fulfill the role of Scrum Master for one or more agile development teams and are the contact person for questions regarding methods and procedures.
• Depending on the development status of the teams, you introduce Scrum.
• Your focus is on strengthening the self-organization and continuous improvement of the collaboration and effectiveness of the teams.
• You take over the process responsibility for applying Scrum in cross-functional teams.
• You are a trustworthy contact person for the team members, live the agile values, and inspire the teams for agile practices and principles.
• You support the product owner and the involvement of stakeholders.
• You design and moderate Scrum events such as retrospectives and agile workshops.

Requirements:

• You have several years of experience as a Scrum team member, ideally in a scaled environment.
• You have a good knowledge of agile methods, especially Scrum.
• Ideally, you have a Scrum Master certification.
• You have very good communication skills, a high level of reflection, and an appreciative attitude.
• You understand agile values not as theory, but as a natural way to develop teams.
• You work in a structured, focused, independent, and proactive manner.
• You moderate in a goal-oriented way.
• You enjoy working in teams and developing them professionally.
• Ideally, you have experience in software development.
• You have a very good command of German and English.
